RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Thank you for trusting us with your eyewear. All of our products are carefully handled, crafted, and verified with the utmost care and precision. We hope that you love and enjoy your new glasses. We want you to be completely satisfied with your new eyewear but in the event you aren’t, please review the Exchange and Return policy below.
We are unable to return Gift cards.
FRAMES
Frame Returns: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your frames, you may return them in their original perfect condition.
For a full refund of the frame cost only, your return must be postmarked within 30 days from the day we originally shipped it to you.

Frame Restyle:
Olive Dexter will grant one (1) restyle within 30 days from the date of delivery.
This will include replacement and cutting new lenses as required by the new frame selection valued at the same retail price as the original order. Under the circumstance that you want to upgrade lens designs or features as well, you will be responsible for any difference in price. A processing fee of $50 will be assessed for a frame restyle. Manufacturing Defects: If you detect a manufacturing defect within 30 days of receiving your frame, return the complete pair of glasses to us and we will replace them with the same frame at no cost. If we do not have the same frame in stock our customer service will reach out to you to choose a new replacement frame. Email info@olivedexter.com to initiate your return.
LENSES
Sometimes it takes a few days and even a few weeks to adjust to new eyeglasses. If you wear glasses daily we recommend putting your new eyeglasses on first thing in the morning and trying to wear them as long as possible during the day. If you are a part-time wearer, we recommend trying to adjust to the similar schedule of wear you are used to. If you’re having ongoing trouble with adjusting to your new glasses, email us at info@olivedexter.com. We’ll help troubleshoot the issue to ensure your satisfaction!
Lens Guarantee: If your lenses are not made perfectly according to the prescription provided to us, with the materials, and treatments ordered, Olive Dexter will cover the cost to replace lenses one(1) time within 30 days from the date of delivery. No refund or credit will be provided for price adjustments as lenses are being changed at no additional cost to the customer. If an upgrade is needed to solve the issue, the cost of the upgrade will need to be paid in advance of the delivery of the new product.
Complete pair of frame and lenses return: If you want to return a complete pair of prescription glasses for any reason, we offer a full refund on the frame returned in its original condition. Due to the custom nature of lenses and the inability to restock custom lenses, a 50% refund will be issued on the lens cost. Returns for complete pairs are permitted up to 30 days from the original date we shipped your glasses to you. You will be responsible for shipping costs for your return item(s).
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
*Note - if a return is initiated before the customer is in possession of the completed frame and lenses, credit card fees will be deducted from the refund.*
How To Return Eyewear
· Be sure that the item is in its original condition, the same as when you received it. All returned merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received.
· Include all of the original material that Olivedexter.com sent with the merchandise.
· Your return should be postmarked within 30 days from the day we shipped it to you originally.
· Send your return via any shipping method. We cannot be responsible for items that are lost in the mail on the way back to us so we recommend some form of delivery confirmation.
· Write your order number on the outside of the package.
· Write the reason for the return on the back of your packing slip.
· If you do not have your packing slip, please write your name, address, email address, order number, the date you placed the order, and the reason for the return on a separate piece of paper.
· Send this information in the package with your return to Olive Dexter, 3801 Memorial Highway, Suite A #141, Mandan, ND 58554.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@olivedexter.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and notified of the return.
